Terms and Conditions
All orders typically ship out within 3-5 business days but due to the pandemic may take up to 7 business days. We don't guarantee express shipping services (due to covid and or civil unrest) for late shipments and we ask that our customers give us enough advance notice to ship UPS ground in order to meet hard deadlines. Please understand that orders with a finish or plating needs may take additional time to process. We do ask that if an order needs to be rushed out sooner, notify us through the "notes" when placing an order.
Shipping: We ship worldwide using UPS transit. UPS services include shipping INTERNATIONAL, NEXT DAY, 2-DAY, 3-DAY, SATURDAY DELIVERY, or GROUND.
In order to get expedited delivery, orders must be placed before 1 pm on a business day.
Next Day Delivery is delivered on the next Business Day.
2nd Day Air is delivered in 2 Business Days.
3 Day Delivery is delivered in 3 Business Days.
Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
All shipping charges are estimated. We do send small, non-breakable items by USPS first class or priority mail.

International Shipping:
Please call us or email us after placing an order to arrange payment. Please do not put the credit card online with order. We would prefer PayPal for any international orders or credit card, but the credit card needs to be called in after the order is placed. Please allow 1 - 4 weeks for delivery. We do not guarantee specific delivery time. Please be aware that customers may be responsible for additional brokerage fees.
Only UPS appears as a shipping option on the website. However, we also ship by US postal service and by DHL. Please contact us for additional shipping options.
Handling: Oversized items may be subjected to additional Handling charges.
Damages: All shipments are carefully packed by experienced packers in accordance with existing requirements and practices. We are sincerely interested in keeping breakage to a minimum, to reduce the inconvenience to our customers and our own administration and correspondence. Nevertheless, breakage will occasionally occur and we cannot accept responsibility after we have obtained the carrier's receipt in good order.
Should damage occur in transit, DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENTS. This will cause unnecessary delays and added expense. NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. Hold all merchandise and packing materials in the original carton for inspection or recall. Inspect your package when you receive it. Notify us of any damage immediately. CLAIMS REPORTED MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT WILL NOT BE HONORED.
Returns: Merchandise may not be returned without our permission. We are more than anxious to correct any errors we might make without expense to you. If the error is yours, there will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise. Please notify us within a maximum of five business days regarding shortages or incorrect shipments. No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days.
20% RESTOCKING FEE ON PARTS AND WE DO NOT REIMBURSE ANY SHIPPING COSTS.
PLEASE PACK RETURNS WELL WHEN SENDING BACK AND INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE.
