The basic bulb adapter is intended to be physically flexible and generic enough in design to enable shades to fit over almost any bulb and lamp type. Because its wiring also retains its form once mounted in place, the basic bulb adapter also serves to protect bulbs from incidental damage.
To install, place the inserts at the end of each pair of wires into any 1/8?‚´ hole, bend the entire adapter into place over a bulb area or to fit a specific shade, then release the adapter once the free end has also been attached to a 1/8?‚´ hole. The entire piece should snap into place and retain its shape for decades to come.

RETURNS
- Merchandise may not be returned without our permission. We are more than anxious to correct any errors we might make without expense to you. If the error is yours, there will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise. Please notify us within a maximum of five business days regarding shortages or incorrect shipments. No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days.
