Terms and Conditions

Shipping:  We ship worldwide using UPS transit.  UPS services include shipping INTERNATIONAL, NEXT DAY2-DAY, 3-DAY, SATURDAY DELIVERY, or GROUND.

International Shipping: Please allow 1 - 4 weeks for delivery. We do not guarantee specific delivery time. Please be aware that customers may be responsible for additional brokerage fees.

Handling:   Oversized items may be subjected to additional Handling charges. 

Damages:  All shipments are carefully packed by experienced packers in accordance with existing requirements and practices.  We are sincerely interested in keeping breakage to a minimum, to reduce the inconvenience to our customers and our own administration and correspondence.  Nevertheless, breakage will occassionally occur and we cannot accept responsibility after we have obtained the carrier's reciept in good order. 

Should damage occur in transit, DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENTS.  This will cause unnecessary delays and added expense.  NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.  Hold all merchandise and packing materials in the original carton for inspection or recall. 

Returns:  Merchandise may not be returned without our permission.  We are more than anxious to correct any errors we might make without expense to you.  If the error is yours, there will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise.  Please notify us within a maximum of five business days regarding shortages or incorrect shipments.  No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days.
