Couplings for Lamps

Couplings are short fittings that are threaded with two female ends to enable the connection of two separate pipes or rods. They can be used for a variety of purposes during the repair or assembly of a light fixture or lamp, though they are most often employed to extend rods or keys. Please note that IPS thread size are not equivalent to Inch Measurements. For complete thread sizing, check out FAQ section.

Because they are called upon to connect rods and pipes of varying sizes, we offer our customers several different types of couplings. This includes barrel, brass, hex head, hexagon rod, and both regular and large knurled couplings. Knurled couplings have beaded ridges to increase their grip. We also carry additional lamp supplies such as coupling reducers, which are used to connect pipes with differing diameters.
